SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is possible via Poste Italiane (Italian Post Service). International shipping costs shall be paid by the customer (check the international shipping costs on the link to Poste Italiane).
Do prices include shipping charges?
Yes, shipping charges are included in the price for Italy, for parcels up to 2 kilos. Customers are charged for heavier parcels or for international shipping.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT.
What about the delivery times?
We provide a standard shipping with Poste Italiane (Italian Post Service) and delivery times depend on the destination chosen. Delivery may take from 5 to 10 work days for a standard shipping in Italy.
International deliveries may take 15 work days.

How can I pay?
Two payment options are possible:

PAY PAL - this service allows you to safely and quickly pay for your order. You don’t need to register or have a PAY PAL account, you can just use the service entering your credit card details.

RETURNS
What should I do if I want to return the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 14 days. You first need to report the problem to info@edizioninuovecatarsi.org indicating “return” in the object of your email. You then need to return the product to us with no damage bearing the shipping costs.
How do I get a refund?
You can get a 100% refund after the product is returned.
